We need to add an events subpage where we can link our events in Zenodo.

Expected behaviour

✅ There should be an Events item on the NavBar
✅ There should be an Events Card with link to subpages
✅ There should be an Events subpage with details of the event
✅ There should also be an Arabic Page for the subpages

Actual behaviour

❌ There is no Events item on the NavBar
❌ There is no Event Card with link to subpage
❌ There is no Event Subpage
❌ No Arabic Page for the subpage

What needs to be done?

✅ Add an Events item on the NavBar with Links to an Event Section and also with a link to a dedicated Events Page where more events can be added
✅ Add an Events Card with links to corresponding subpages
✅ Add an event subpage for each individual event with a description of the event, speaker, language and a link to the slides from Zenodo.
✅ There should be an Arabic Page for each subpage made and User should be able to switch seamlessly between English and Arabic
