Changes don’t take effect right away

PHP Version: 7.4.33
Hosting: siteground

There are several type of changes that don’t take effect right away.
It is happening both configuration changes, as adding new users or sites.
it usually become available the next day after the changes, but I cannot confirm exactly when it is happening
Any type of change is resulting with a success green banner on top.

Example

adding a new site, it is shown a first but later I cannot see it. It is there in the database configuration but not in the gui for further configuration, same for users.

Activating modules is also not present after I give a look to the configuration once more

I'd noticed that when I delete cache pages, system behaves better.
Problem is that I don't have too much control of the caching from what I get in my hosting provided.

Any recommendations?
