Inconsistent behaviour between Tradestation website and API - Cash Orders on NSE generate errors like 'Scrip Not Available for Trading" - but can place order for same scrip on Tradestation website

I had raised this issue with 5paisa support, but they don't appear to have the bandwidth to respond. So flagging it with the dev team. Hope you can fix this.

For many illiquid stocks, the API generates errors like "Scrip Not Available for Trading" or someother error and does not place order. I can place the same order with the same limit price on tradestation website. Pls see attached screenshot. Let me know if you need any other information.
