On Private Server screen Server Name field is not getting displayed #119

When we create new private server "Server Name" field is not getting displayed. Only server URL, Password and Login fields are getting displayed.

Note: Server Name field is getting displayed on iOS devices.

Tested on Samsung Galaxy A70 Android version 9.

@n8fr8 : This is working fine now. Server name is displayed now on Create new private server screen.
