删除 Clearreplicationid 命令对Binlog的写入 #2136

在执行 clearreplicationid命令的时候，是不应该写进 Binlog 的，如果由于主节点在离开集群之后误执行了 clearreplicationid 命令的话会导致集群中所有的从节点的 replicationid清空，导致全量复制产生
