Floppy emulation similar to 64HDD

Extending OpenCBM so that it can also emulate a floppy would be nice. AFAIK 64HDD does this, but this program is neither open source nor available for Linux.

Emulating a floppy would especially be handy for development on the C64DTV.

this is already on my own TODO list, but I am not totally sure if it will be possible taking into account the PC's restrictions.
