cbmctrl may support partitions and subdirectories #61

Taken over from https://sourceforge.net/p/opencbm/feature-requests/17/:

cbmctrl may support a wider range of devices in the
future, namely paritions and subdirectories of CMD
drives and the Commodore 1581 disk drive.

Either two dedicated commands for partitions (1581 as
well as CMD devs) and subdirectories may be created or
one combined command for both (e.g. cd).

Further the directory command action dir may be
extended to show the contents of named subdirectories
or paritions (either 1581 or CMD ones).
