[Feat] : Adding a disclaimer whether you want to save file or not while pressing **New menu** option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If you have done some work and by mistake if you press new menu option your progress can get lost . So it is better to have a disclaimer whether you wanna create a new file or not .

Describe the solution you'd like
We can use the similar disclaimer used for open option menu .

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
It is good practise used in various other applications i have used .
