Cleared folder locks restored after TP, Clear Locks doesn't work, Current folder status not shown

What version of OpenCollar are you using?

What behavior did you expect?

1. I did NOT expect folder locks which had been removed to be restored when I teleported.

2. I expected the Clear Locks menu option to clear the current folder locks.

3. I expected the folder locks dialog to show the current status of the locks for the current folder, when the dialog is reopened.

What behavior did you see instead?

1. Folder locks that have been added and removed are re-added after teleporting to a different sim.

2. The Clear Locks menu option does NOT clear any of the current folder locks.

3. The Folders, Locks dialog menu does NOT show the current state of the locks after it has been closed.

What steps does someone need to take to reproduce the problem?

Assuming you are testing in Firestorm, as I was:

1. Turn on RLVa Debug Messages
   RLVa >> Debug >> Show Debug Messages

2. Open the Firestorm RLV Restrictions Window
   RLVa >> Debug >> Locks ...

3. Create a test folder, called #RLV/TEST

4. Add a detach this lock to our TEST folder
   RLV >> # Folders >> Browse >> TEST >> Locks.. >> det. this

5. Note that the RLV Restrictions window shows that the following lock exists:
   detachthis:/test lock

6. Remove the folder lock by clicking the following in the Folders > Locks dialog window
   det. this

7. Note that the RLV Restrictions window shows that the above lock no longer exists

8. Teleport to another sim (any one with scripts enabled will do). As you arrive, note the debug messages in your local chat window as your collar reapplies the lock. This is also evident in the RLV Restrictions window

9. Now attempt to remove the lock with the following:
   RLV >> # Folders >> Clear Locks

10. Note that the RLV Restrictions window shows that the lock has NOT been cleared and there are NO debug messages in the local chat window associated with the attempt to clear the locks via the Clear Locks menu option.

11. Browse down to the TEST folder again
    Browse >> TEST >> Locks..

12. Note that the Folders, > Locks dialog menu does not show the current state of the lock. Clicking .det this twice will remove this lock temporarily.

13. Delete the #RLV/TEST folder and then teleport to another sim.

14. In the local chat window, note that the collar has again attempted to reapply the lock even though the folder does not exist. This is the ONLY way that I've found to stop it from relocking a folder, ie, delete or rename the folder.
