[建议]为什么不把翻译过的内容放到 Web 上呢？ #2

如题，为什么不把翻译过的内容整理成 Markdown 文件放到 Github 上，或者直接放到 GitBook 上呢？

这样的话会比较方便更新内容，而不用每次有修正后都需要重新下载一份 PDF。

对于想要给项目提 PR 的同学也会比较方便。
