Canvas feedback

We need to improve feedback to users in a few ways within Canvas (actually, within our iframe inside the Canvas content window).

• At the top of the page, "Module Complete" should show up as appropriate for all modules.
• Once proficiency is gained for an exercise (both KA and non-KA "proficiency" exercises), some visual feedback is needed. A green checkmark like the slideshows get would do.

It would be nice if we could also get some visual feedback in the Modules list (like a table of contents) for completed modules. But this might be a Canvas thing out of our control.
