Allow resizing of the window. The current screen can be rather small on modern big displays.

Fullscreen is not really an option, due to WD screens.

Initial work on scale2x has been implemented, and might be considered.

Perhaps like with Command and Patch you guys could look into true high-res where more of the map could be seen at once.

@TrueBrain : I have worked a little bit on the subject, see my branch scale2x. Window is not resizable, but scale factor and scale filter (if using SDL) is selectable on the command line.

Nice! So if I understand you correctly, "all" you need to do know is to make the scaling happen on runtime, or?

I have also added support for HQX filter : f4e6273
resizing algorithms only allow fixed resizing factors (x2 x3 x4) so I dont think allowing "free" resizing of the window is good.

Isn't setting through opendune.ini enough ?

I think that it's OK now : several scale factors are supported (up to 4x)
windows resize also, and even full screen with some OS
