Which lines provide highest fine returns, where are returns missed due to low ticket controlling?

I think also partly complicated because of different levels of fines e.g. depending if you have an Abo or not (those with Abo but forgot to bring it get reduced fines). So just looking at the absolute amount of money collected from fines does not necessarily reflect low/high ticket controlling.

But surely VBZ has data on the nature of the fines they administer too? Just something to think about...
