Users should be able to add tables to a scenario bundle - via the tables page.

Description of the issue

We should link the table management functionality more closely with the scenario bundles. The ability to select a previously created scenario to later create tables and add them to the bundle should support bundle creation.

Ideas of solution

The datatables will be added by iri to the KG for the scenario bundle. The table is added to a scenario as input or output dataset. Can only be done for tables from the scenario topic.
