visualizing problem

When visualizing, I set the 'WrVTK' as 2, and set 'VTK_type' as 1. After running, I can not get WaveSurface vtp file. I am puzzled about it. Could you help me?

Which version of OpenFAST are you running? Is HydroDyn enabled? Is the rest of the surface visualization as you expect?

I used OpenFast v3.1.0. The HydroDyn is enabled, and the rest of surface can be visualization. Thank you.

It looks like this is a known issue, discussed on our forum: https://forums.nrel.gov/t/wave-surface-visualization/3446, but not reported here until now. The issue will be fixed in PR # #1008, scheduled to be released in OpenFAST v4.0.
