Fix sort order of project collaboration table so it doesn't jump when field is adjusted #1326

To recreate, go to the project collaboration page via settings and change the Failure alert from enabled to disabled (or the inverse). You'll see that the item will drop to the bottom of the table (if not there initially).

I am assuming that the table sorting is done by last updated (desc), and the better solution (especially for simplicity) is sorting this list by name alphabetically.
