If a run or a RunStep has no input dataclip, you cannot rerun it.

This issue:

  1. Ensures that the left side panel looks OK after you've created a new dataclip and run a workorder with it. (The data in the dataclip will change after it's created, and you'll see a redacted copy in the left panel. This is probably a no-op.)
  2. Ensures that if you navigate to the inspector from a specific step in a run on the history and there is NO input_dataclip associated with that run, you're not able to "Rerun from here".
  3. Ensures that if you navigate to the inspector from a specific step in a run on the history and there is a REDACTED input_dataclip associated with that run, you're not able to "Rerun from here".
  4. Ensures that the left panel says "no dataclip here" just like the panel on the history page interface and the "input/output" tabs on the inspector.

Note that the rerun button is greyed out, but the secondary button (create new workorder) may be available if/when you create a new saved_input via the left panel.
