User story

In the adaptor docs panel, I want to see a sparkle emoji next to any function (and parameter?) with magic support.

Implementation notes

This is quite an easy addition to the adaptor docs panel, we just need to look for magic jsdoc annotations.

It depends on having published magic adaptors. It may require a standalone jsdoc plugin (which I guess belongs in kit).

Looks like all the code is in the right place in the repo, and indeed this is working fine for me locally 🤔
