Indicate timezone used for cron trigger

User story

As a user that is configuring a cron trigger for my job, I would like to know what timezone is used, so that I can figure out what time I need to set it as for it to run at the desired time in my country.

Details

Double-check the timezone for the cron trigger is UTC, then add it in brackets to the dropdown name: Cron schedule (UTC)
