OHM Overpass not updating from Database

Bug description
new additions to OHM doe not appear to be making it into the OHM Overpass database

they should be showing up after a few minutes

i added Greenport Speedway to OHM 2 days ago and it is still not showing up in Overpass searches.
it should appear in this instance of my leaflet widget: http://www.na-motorsports.com/Tracks/NY/Greenport.html#TrackMap

I confirmed using overpass Turbo that I can't get that way to return

i see Greenport updated, but two i've done since don't show up yet. how frequently are updates pulled for Overpass?

Looks like I closed this prematurely. As far as I know, Overpass should be consuming minutely updates.

@rwelty1889 can you drop some links in here to other items that are known to be missing?

I thought that we probably had a corrupt replication file and when @Rub21 addressed that, Overpass would begin consuming minutely diffs again

@Rub21 is there anything pending to do to fix Overpass updates? Yes, I believe we had problems with replication post the big deploy ~2 weeks ago that affected all services consuming replication, which I think should all be fixed.

So, if updates are still not showing up, we might have something different on our hands.

@rwelty1889 will be great to know from you if you are still seeing this. @Rub21 will be great to get a confirmation from your end that Overpass seems to be generally getting updates again - so if some features are not making it, etc. we likely need to investigate that as a separate bug.

@batpad @danrademacher , the problem was not the replication files, for some reason, overpass could not write the latest replication id, so I added some code that make it happen ,so, it works and updates are happening.
