Use MRIQC or MRQy to establish classical image quality metrics

Classical image quality metrics can be additional information, in addition to outputs of our trained neural network models.

Our opportunity to integrate MRIQC or MRQA could be accomplished by defining these as "models" similar to what we are currently doing for Dzénan's NN_inference model. We might consider extending MIQA to support a list of Evaluation objects attached to a Frame instead of the current 1:1 relationship. I don't know what other problems that might cause, though...
