Hello. First of all, what an extraordinary project and execution. My best and biggest congratulations to fredemmot and anyone who has collaborated so far.
Second, a bit of background: im a simracer using Oculus Rift S VR headset. Recently, a team mate told me about openkneeboard and im using it since a couple of days in a odd way, i guess: i'm overlaying my webcam image to see in real life a console with buttons i use duriong the game.
I'm thinking out of the box :) and want to overlay the image of my real steering wheel to mix it (using chroma transparency) with in-game render.
And that brings me to point three, this new idea for your project: The posibility of overlay from two differente sources (two windows, for example in my case) and send each to one eye, i.e., even refresh send one of the windows and odd refresh send the other one.
In that way i should insert two separate images from two separate webcams to emulate each eye and see my real steering wheel with sense of depth.
Im not very good (very bad in fact) with C, but i will try to check if it is possible and "straight forward" to code it :)
