Remove unused server types 1 - 22

Rename type 7 appropriately if still relevant (servers.txt).

Also remove checks like $masterServer->{serverType} ==. Probably use the branches where it's equal to 0.

Well, and all the code of 1-22 should be inside of sT0 !
At this way, can occur some packet collision ?

Must it be parsed inside Receive.pm only checking the length if matches with unpack string ot checking if value exists using raw_msg ?!
