remove obsolete com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.channelwritetype from Liberty's metadata and web container properties #8395

The property com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.channelwritetype, or channelwritetype for short, was never used in Liberty so it is being removed from the metadata and parameter checkers. Its a left over from WebSphere full profile.
