The "CER" link should now point to: (Edit to make it OpenLiberty version...)https://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/openliberty/sign/public_keys/OpenLiberty_05-08-2024.pem.cer

Everything else should stay the same - and the certificate is good for two years...
