Add WS2811 Addressable LEDs to Space Rover #76

Use WS2811 Addressable LEDs instead of individual LEDs, which allows us to control RGB colors, instead of one solid color.
Need to test out the cycle, blink animation.
Also, add additional animation for gameplay.

Added the WS2811 Addressable LEDs, with breathing, blinking animation.
