Support for Dynamic Template [Joe Cheng]

I think this is one of the most important plug-ins Windows Live Writer could've ever had. It allows for a little custom code snippets and allows for the creation of inserting Shortcut codes [for plug-ins], and functions, where Windows Live Writer never had.

If you guys have the ability to support anything like this, that'd be great.
