Investigate the SyftCrypTensor

This Tensor's mission would be to be used at Plan building. It would offer the same API than crypten tensors, but would not trigger all the computations behind, and would potentially come with a tracing functionality included.

This is an solution investigated which is an alternative to building Plans from CrypTen directly using (hooked) torch.tensor which don't have specific elements of crypten like .get_plain_text
