Have tried to install on Fedora 25 which went ok as for compiling with warnings in compilation.

anyhow
siteA fedora25 compiled
siteB fedora25 compiled
Note that opennopdrv never compiles (why ???)
siteA opens pptp vpn to siteB
getting files (wget 'http://distrowatch.com' ) works fine before Enabling iptables FireWall
after Enabling iptables FireWall as such
siteA :
iptables -I OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 80 -j NFQUEUE --queue-num 0
siteB:
iptables -I FORWARD -p tcp --sport 80 -j NFQUEUE --queue-num 0
neighbors are declared and seen as up on both sites
getting files (wget 'http://distrowatch.com') never works

am i missing anything here or there is something else needs to be done ?

Much regards

Your doing wget from the Fedora host running OpenNOP? Traffic from the host does not get routed through the OpenNOP daemon. OpenNOP is really meant to compress traffic from servers at site A to clients in site B. Traffic in both directions needs to go through both OpenNOP systems/hosts.
