The downloads page doesn't mention repositories as an option for getting the project for linux, and because of that for the longest time I thought it wasn't an option. It might also be worth having the quickstart guide just link to the downloads page, since the quickstart guide doesn't mention appimage as an option.

Now with the Steam Deck out it would be great to see a mention of the flatpak. SteamOS on the Steam Deck (based on Arch) uses a read-only file system by default and Valve recommends flatpaks and the discover store for installing other software.

OpenRCT2 is available on the Discover store (because it uses flathub) however people that come through the website have no idea it's available.

The plans is to move the installation guides to the user manual. Currently they are spread over the .io site, the .org site, the wiki and the user manual. There is also some missing information here and there.
