I add the caller name to the account，contain the punctuation，then I call other accounts，server reply 500，so I can't make the call successfully，please help me！！

The 3261 specification states that the double quotation mark ( " ) is a reserved character. If you want to use " within the username of a SIP URI, you should use the escaped form %22
