[BUG] tracer: outgoing provisional replies are not traced in b2b mode

opensips v3.4

Describe the bug
If tracing is enabled for b2b calls:
trace("sngrep", "b", "sip")
the outgoing provisional replies are not traced.

sngrep will display something like this:

caller         b2b       callee

  |             |<--180-------|
  |             |<--200-------|
  |---ACK------>|             |
  |             |---ACK------>|
