These messages are appearing on server relaying SUBSCRIBE/PUBLISH messages to another server. They did not appear prior to 1.11.3.
Seems harmless as subscriptions are working, but not able to resolve.

@jalung , those warnings indicate a bogus double record-routing in a received requests - shortly, the first route is a local interface for OpenSIPS, but the second one is not .
Do you have a capture of the incoming request ?
Eventually narrowed it down to the client UA where there may have been bug/corruption in the application. The messages no longer appear after reinstalling the app.
