While testing for this issue filed over at openshot-qt repo, I ran into this crash. It seems it was libopenshot that was crashing, and not OpenShot. That is why I am filing it here.
Steps to (possibly) reproduce:
Try to import the files in the following tar.gz archive (a bunch of .pngs without transparency) as image sequence into OpenShot. tardispngs.tar.gz
Possible causes:
I think it might be because of the naming scheme. I had bumped into other issues over at openshot-qt repo that talked about certain file naming patterns crashing OpenShot. So, this one might be just that, too.
