I see that I can create a db migration to change our current schema. Will that get picked up in the prod builds or is there something else that I need to do to get those changes running (besides any modification of the knex models that might be necessary)?

When you mention migrations for an update in the DB model(s), are we talking about #183 (Lob cardinality)?
