[Feature Request]Holidays

Problem: On public holidays OpenSprinkler should water later so as not to disturb the neighbours. This already works for Sundays. However, if a holiday falls on a weekday, the normal weekday program is executed.
Idea: A list of public holidays and holiday periods which can be entered in the menu.
In the next step you would have to add another weekday in the programs, i.e. Mo Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun Hol
Hol is preferred, so if Wed is a holiday, then the program with Hol
