r11368 (though, I've checked the changelog on cia.vc to make sure that no tram/road/pf-realated changes have ocoured since then)
I built a intercity tram service. At one crossing where the tramway should only make a turn I by mistake made a 3-cross for the tramway. This means that there is a deadend if the tram takes the wrong way in the crossing. After having played for several hours and checked the tram to see how it was going I found out that it was stuck in this crossing.
If you load the attached savegame you'll get centerated at the stuck tram.

If you just want to get a stuck tram you can just construct a tramway that starts at a depot and end at a 3-way-junction so that all ends are dead-ends.
However I think normally if you by mistake have an extra track that is a dead-end the path-finder should never use that track.
