Requirements issue

When I install this alongside ovos-core, I'm getting this message:

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
ovos-ww-plugin-precise-lite 0.1.1 requires ovos-plugin-manager~=0.0.4a2, but you have ovos-plugin-manager 0.0.23 which is incompatible.
ovos-ww-plugin-precise-lite 0.1.1 requires ovos-utils~=0.0.14a7, but you have ovos-utils 0.0.29 which is incompatible.

This is unexpected since the requirements.txt file here clearly says >0.0.14" for ovos-utils for example so I'm not sure what is going on.

Sorry, when I installed from githubt (pip install git+https://github.com/OpenVoiceOS/ovos-ww-plugin-precise-lite instead of pip install ovos-ww-plugin-precise-lite) it worked fine!
