NuGet packages do not follow the same convention for binaries

Because NuGet only looks at binaries in the folder it has selected, where openwrap chooses differently named assemblies based on all compatible versions, packages like json.net fail to be imported correctly on OpenWrap.

To work around this annoying feature difference, nuget packages when converted should have explicit referenced-assemblies for each of the sub-platforms encountered. Depends on #170.
