wrap init: Add ignore files

Add a couple of options to automatically add the correct ignore file to the wraps folder.

As the format seems identical, i'd go for:
init-wrap name -ignorefile filename

with a couple of shorter versions:
init-wrap name -git <-> init-wrap name -ignorefile .gitignore
init-wrap name -hg <-> init-wrap name -ignorefile .hgignore
