[bug] Doesn't publish Central Scene to MQTT

Hey Folks,

I see in the logs that Central Scene has been detected correctly, but nothing was published at MQTT

Scenes are published as normal value's in OZW 1.6. You should see them under OpenZWave//node///commandclass/88/value/
