We need to add a link - specifically an upload box where people can drag and drop files

1. Is it possible?
2. How much time will it take?
3. Where can it be placed on the main web page?

I would be glad to add this functionality on the open ahmedabad website. Answeres to your questions are :

1. Yes, It's possible. My thoughts on this are:

• A Common form may be to collect all the data from public.
• each will have upload some file which will be uploaded from end user.
• form components will be "Data Contributor Name", "Data Contributor Email", "Data Contributor Contact", "Data Field" (this will be dropdown with other option), "Data Description", "Data if that's information", "File to upload"

2. A week is what I am thinking right now.

3. We can decide that later on after this part has been developed.
