I want to know whether the delayed jobs will be added to the Front or Back in the queue once the defined interval is over.
Is there are way to add it to the end of the queue?

It is late to answer this now but just for documentation purposes: the jobs will be moved to the FRONT of the queue, so that they are processed as fast as possible after the delay time has passed.
