Icons on dialog box buttons not changed to Oranchelo icons

First of all I'd like to thank the Oranchelo team for the wonderful work on this icon set. It's absolutely gorgeous!

It looks like some of the Oranchelo icons are not applied on my Xubuntu 18.04 machine: the icons on buttons of dialog boxes (OK/Apply, Cancel and Help) didn’t change after I switched to Oranchelo. Here's an example:

One more minor issue: the Log Out button on the Whisker menu is smaller than other icons next to it.

I don’t know if it matters, but I installed the icon theme manually (i.e. not from the PPA, I downloaded the icons from GitHub and manually copied them ~/.local/share/icons). It is version 0.7.9.
