NPCs with waypoints and gossip only stop for a second and take off #1655

Operating system: Windows 7
Current behavior:
Talking to an NPC with a waypoint will cause the NPC to stop for a moment before running away. This leads to positional desync issues too.

Expected behavior:
NPC waypoint should stop completely, follows in formation should stop too (?), after some minutes (3) npc should resume path

Steps to reproduce the problem:
.tele dolanaar
Talk to night elf woman on mount
