This is actually normal behaviour! The loading screen taking a long time might have something to do with a large number of Online Quick Accesses being loaded into the ribbon. In previous versions, there was a spinning wheel pointer instead of the the loading notification. But the loading time should normally be the same.
Describe the bug
Everytime i start Revit the Setting Quick access dialog shows up and takes quite a while (~20 secs) to disappear
To Reproduce
Start Revit :)
Expected behavior
I'm expecting the dialog to show briefly or not at all
