Hi @JohannesKlauss , it is sadly not a priority for us anymore considering the big improvements that react-navigation has made using https://github.com/software-mansion/react-native-screens , now.

The overhead in complexity does not make the cut for us anymore, considering the reduced gain of performance.

We would gladly accept contributions, though, and even help you out if you face issues updating it 🙂
