Hello!

Recently we have published NPM package for Freshdesk API v2. Here is that project: https://github.com/arjunkomath/node-freshdesk-api

Also, I have compared this and that repositories. The sources of the second are a little bit more mature.

So, lets do two things:

  • deprecate this package
  • make that project better

I will be glad to discuss this!
