A way to disable single-key shortcuts

Opera 12 had a separate checkbox to enable single-key shortcuts; I never used them, so I'd like to disable them all, leaving only the other shortcuts, preferably without editing every single entry in the shortcut list manually, so it would be nice to have the same setting in the otter browser.
