Module has no attribute 'pirateGainFamePropability'

Seems to be a bug that strikes every new user just once then goes away forever.

Its raised from lib/osci/StarMapWidget.py:683 in precomputePirates.

This is provoked by the server when a login fails because the user is initially added to a None session and is given a None CID causing the session lookup to fail (And thereby raising an exception that causes the client's getIntroInfo RPC command to fail -- which causes the rule set to not initialize -- which is what causes this exception because that pirateGainFamePropability is handled in the ruleset).
